First rate company. They came out quickly on a Sunday when I had water coming through my ceiling. Quickly identified the problem so we were able to temporarily stop it until the team could come out the next day for the full repair. Repaired the problem and even patched the hole in the ceiling. Everyone that I spoke with and the folks that entered my home were respectful to my family and house. Will definitely call them again..

Our pipes froze over late last night/early this morning. As soon as my wife called this morning, they had someone on the way and arrived in less than 30 minutes. Cris was the one who came out and he was extremely professional and courteous. He had our pipes thawed in about 10 minutes and walked us through what to do over the course of the next couple hours to make sure no other problems arises. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs

Totally professional company. Discussed the issues (not an emergency), scheduled service, and they showed up on time and fixed everything in one day. New water heater, tight fit, many valve replacements including home main line shutoff valve. All three representatives that I met with were competent and professional. I won’t call anyone else in the future.

I called and talked to Steven and explained my problem. He was at my house the next morning. He saw the problem and then talk to me about what he was going to do. He was great. Fixed the leaking pipe and cleaned up. I’m very happy how things turned out. Good company. My new plumber. I’ll give there name out every time. Thanks again.

We had a leak develop on December 23rd that wasn’t found until 5pm. Out of the numerous plumbers we called SMJ was the only to say they could send someone out. they quickly found and repaired not one but TWO leaks. We are so grateful for their professionalism and for the lessons we had to learn as first time home and well owners.
